We started BAF because we saw a gap in the market. Too many freight forwarders were offering impersonal, transactional service — where clients were just another booking number and calls went unreturned. We wanted to build something different.
Based in Melbourne, we work with Australian importers and exporters across a wide range of industries — helping them navigate the complexity of international freight without the headaches. Sea freight, air freight, road transport, customs clearance — we handle it all, and we do it with genuine care for our clients' businesses.
We're not the biggest freight forwarder in Australia, and we don't want to be. We'd rather be the most reliable one for the clients we work with.
